Right of withdrawal

I. Important information regarding the right of withdrawal

Under this online distance contract, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring withdrawal costs, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

1. Calculation of the withdrawal period:
Goods: Starting on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods;
Goods delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces: Starting on the day on which you take possession of the last partial shipment or piece;
Goods delivered at regular intervals: Starting on the day on which you take possession of the first piece.

2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you simply need to act within the 14-day period following receipt of the goods (using the "Online Exercise Instructions" below or the standard EU/UK form). You do not need to provide a reason.

3. Extension in the event of incomplete information: If this shop fails to fully inform you—prior to the conclusion of the contract—about this right of withdrawal and the standard withdrawal form on a durable medium, the withdrawal period is automatically extended by 12 months from the original expiry date; if we provide the missing information within this 12-month period, the withdrawal period becomes 14 days from the date the information is provided.

II. Exercising the right of withdrawal online

1. Access the withdrawal request page via the "Cancel Contract" link in the homepage footer menu, or via the "Right of Withdrawal" link found in the "Policies" section of the homepage, the member area, or the order details page. This link is accessible without logging in. 2. Withdrawal process:
Enter your order number, the email address used for the order, your name, your address, and the items you wish to return.
Submit the withdrawal request.

3. Legal proof of submission: Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email (sent to the email address used for the order). This email contains details of your withdrawal request and a submission timestamp, which serves as legally valid proof of the withdrawal. Please retain this for your records.

III. List of goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Schedule 2, Item 1 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal (without giving a reason) within 14 days does not apply to the following goods. IV. Refund and Logistics Policies

1. Refund Period: We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods or the date you provide valid proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier). The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Refund Amount: The refund amount includes the full price paid for the goods as well as standard shipping costs, where applicable. We do not charge consumers any fees in connection with a withdrawal for:
payment processing or handling fees that exceed actual costs;
costs for consultations or calls to customer service;
unreasonable restocking or cancellation fees.

3. Return Costs:
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, you (the consumer) bear the costs of returning the goods: A return fee of €200 per bicycle applies to the return of a complete bicycle.

Additional costs arising from the choice of a return method other than the most cost-effective standard method offered by us, or due to your location, will be handled in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Reduction in value: If usage goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, and this results in a reduction in the value of the returned goods, we reserve the right to withhold an amount corresponding to that loss in value, to the extent permitted by law. We recommend retaining the original packaging and accessories when returning the goods.

4. Collection of goods: Unless otherwise agreed, you must return the goods within a reasonable period (we recommend within 14 days) following the notice of withdrawal. If we offer to collect the goods from you, such collection will be arranged within the statutory time limit.
