What are the advantages of the EC1 series over other E-Bikes?
Compared with ordinary E-Bike, EC1 series has unique advantages. EC1 series has been improved and optimised for the problems that ordinary E-Bike may have, such as heavier weight, dull appearance and single colour. Firstly, our vehicles are designed to be extremely portable and lightweight, making them more suitable for daily carrying and storage. Secondly, our stylish and minimalist design not only makes it more aesthetically pleasing, but also reduces wind resistance and improves riding efficiency. Most importantly, we offer a wide range of unique and cool colours to choose from, for example, the EC 1 series is available in black, blue and white, while the EC 1-ST series is available in blue, pink and white, meeting the aesthetic needs of different users.
Where is the location of the shipping warehouse?
Shipments for the UK region are sent from Ireland.
When will I receive the shipment after placing my order?
We usually dispatch the goods within three working days after receiving the order and you can usually receive the goods within 3-7 working days after placing the order. However, sometimes there may be some special circumstances such as logistic and transport problems, holidays or festivals, etc., the delivery may be delayed.

So, I'm 60 and dealing with arthritis. Wasn't sure how I'd get on with an e-bike, but this EC-1's a real treat. Battery's lasting well - I do my weekly shop and a bit of a wander around town, still got juice left. Handy, that.
The hills 'round here in Ireland can be tough, but the EC-1's a champ. Got 3 settings for power assist, starts gentle and goes up strong. Eases up the strain on my knees, especially going uphill.
Now, it's a light bike, easy to handle, which I'm thankful for. And it looks right smart too – sleek, no messy welds, cables all tucked away nice and neat. Been stopped a few times by folks asking about it.
Been using it a good few weeks. Solid and reliable, it is. Makes getting out and about more of a joy, really. Should've gotten one of these years ago, I reckon.
Navigating the hills in Ireland can indeed be tough, but we're delighted to hear that the EC-1 is rising to the challenge with its power assist settings, making uphill journeys much easier on your knees.

Got my bike and it was really easy to assemble and I was off. The only change I made was the seat ( got a more comfy one)
Handles well on the road and not bad of road but because there is no suspension you fell every bump. but for the price it's a good starter bike and recommend it to anyone wanting to try a E-bike for first time
Only been out a couple of times but so far so good. Looking forward to better weather to get out more.
I live in a very hilly area but the hills have been so much easier than on my road bike.
I am 68 years old and would probably have liked a couple more gears at the lower end just for those extra steep hills, but all in all a really great bike. Very smart looking as well.
Based on my positive experiences, I bought the EC 1 for my wife 2 weeks ago. There were no scratches or other complaints.
The bike arrived well packaged. The assembly was quick and easy. The instructions are sufficient
